Great service and highly professional. Immediate response to an urgent collection. From initial enquiry to collection within an hour and back to Braintree within two. Could not have asked for anymore! Price was great value for money! Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service. Mark managed to get a courier sorted for us in only 15 minutes to take an urgent delivery to London. The pickup was incredibly professional, with our items being wrapped securely for transit. Great to receive message updates so that we knew where our items were throughout the journey. We'll definitely use Braintree Courier Services again.

Very efficient communication via the website (no waiting) and Mark and his team efficiently arranged a fairly short notice, complex meet up at Birchanger Services in early November.
Unfortunately I had to cancel due to Covid travel disruption from Denmark (ironically Mark was going to take my test down to London when I returned), but no matter my cancellation was received in time and I received a full refund. I had been expecting to be charged if BCS lost another opportunity to earn revenue from a trip, but Mark was up front and refunded accordingly.
In short, BCS and the team were very good, and whilst I never got to use their service, they for me gave me and my company great service.

Mark and his team are very professional. Always on time friendly and smartly dressed. We use Braintree Couriers all the time at Ad-Tek. Emails to keep you updated on your consignment pick up and delivery. All delivery notes signed and returned. Great service.

I needed a courier in a hurry for a same day delivery from Witham to Bideford . The companies representative Mark who I dealt with was very efficient and able to help me immediately. Within 20 minutes of me booking the service the goods were picked up and on the way to their destination. I was able to follow the couriers progress and was updated along the way with text messages. Excellent service! I would use this service again without hesitation.

I recently required the services of a courier company to collect two parcels over the weekend and deliver them to central London by 8am on Monday morning. The project I had been working on had hit a number of problems which caused its delay and I was under a lot of stress and pressure. Who could I contact on a Friday evening out of normal working hours to help me. I found BCS on a Google search and was relieved to find that they were based nearby and offered their services 24/7. From my first phone call that evening my mind was put at rest as I knew that I had found a highly professional company I could rely on. Everything went smoothly from then on with Mark collecting on Saturday morning and getting the delivery to my clients not by 8.30am on Monday but 6.30am. Two hours early outstanding communication and service throughout. I was kept fully informed during all stages of the delivery. I am therefore confident and very pleased to recommend Braintree Courier Services to any company who are looking for an intelligent, courteous and highly professional courier service.

What fantastic service received from BCS. Arranging collection was so easy as they managed this direct and kept me in the loop with progress on delivery. The tracking app meant that I could keep an eye on the drivers route and plan my work around this. Their friendly driver dropped my goods off slightly ahead of the initial guide time given and they also managed to combine visits to offer me a price within my budget. First class service and can't recommend them highly enough. Give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
